Can Loratab make you test positive for cocaine? ## nope, but dental work such as a extraction could , where numbing medications like novacaine, an lidocaine, would show as in cocaine panels ## Even dental work using those base ingredients will not usually show up on a drug test, because the amounts used are very small. Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone and should not set off a positive for Cocaine. When being drug tested, however, you should always inform those administering the test of ALL prescription and over the counter products you are taking, as some will negate the test results.
