Does anyone know the difference between tramadol Hcl TEV and tramadol Hcl ACME? I take one and my mother takes the other one both 50mg but they look totally different ## oops I spelled AMNE as ACME ## All those letters stand for are the manufacturers, so they are made by different companies. Same medication, but that explains why they look different. Under Federal law, the pills must have different markings, so they can be identified in case of an emergency, this identification has to allow discovery of the active ingredient, dosage and manufacturer. For instance, the TEV stands for the pharmaceutical company TEVA. Do you have any other questions? ## And just to add, the AMNE stands for AMNEAL pharmaceuticals.

I found it in my kids room. ## This tablet has been identified as containing 30mgs of Oxycodone, a narcotic pain reliever. That said, it is fairly new to the market and not in any databases, yet. So, I don't know what type it is, if it is a time released generic for Oxycontin or a regular release. This is definitely not something your child should have, without a valid doctor's prescription. It has very high abuse and addictive potential. Is there anything else I can help you with?
