I'm a chronic pain patient who is wheelchair-bound due to the pain after a gunshot and I have just been increased from 20mg of Oxycodone. I was taking the NP 14 20mg and was increased to the 30mg Oxycodones; so what color of the 30mg's Oxycodones are the strongest or what number or imprint is the strongest? I was issued the 30mg Oxycodone with 30 on one side and RP on the other which is not helping as I thought it was, therefore I would like some information on what pill would be more beneficial for pain relief... The 30mg RP's that I was dispensed don't seem to be as strong as the 20's. Can someone tell me why that is or am I just tripping, or is this pill just of a lesser quality than the other 30's? I've been on five 10/350 Norco per day for pain for years and it has lost effectiveness. I would like to know if this is a fake opiate? I have been taking Hydrocodone 7.5/325 for couple of years now under the supervision of my pain management doctor for a 4 disc fusion of my neck. Certain manufacturer drugs work better than others. Yours seems to have less affect on my pain. I would like to know the percentage of hydrocodone in your Generic as I have heard the government allows for a variable on this. I also have tried Watson pill 3203, white oblong. Don't know the manufacturer on my first script but the pill was white oblong bigger than yours or Watson's. i dont really want to get messed up but do those watson 3369 pills make you feel high or is it just for head ache's? ## Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Butalbital (50 mg) + Caffeine (40 mg) is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. I personally haven't come across any statements on how it effects you, primarily because these medications can effect each person differently, where as some people get great results from taking it, but there are others that it just doesn't work the same for. is there a pill like this in america i can take for headache that is as good as sydolil ## sydolil was given to my wife in mexico for headaches and it was great. we would like to know if there is a pill in american equal to this ## Sydolil contains Aspirin, Caffeine and Ergotamine and not, there is no medication currently on the U.S. market that combines all three of these. All three of them are available, just not combined in one medication. There are several formulations of Aspirin and Caffeine that are available, even over the counter, however, the Ergotamine would have to be taken separately. Has she tried consulting with her doctor? I was on this drug for 5mnths, had a dental check jus after I started it all was perfect. Now a month ago my teeth started cracking and chipping, so I went back to dentist he did x rays said I needed crowns and some fillings, but when he started my teeth fell apart, the pregablin has done so much damage I have to have 5 lower ones out & a plate put in not good I'm 47, even the dentist said it happened quick. Found a Dark purple (half) and white (half) capsule no imprint. Anyone have a clue what this is? ## If there are no markings, it will most likely be difficult to narrow down what it contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured prescription product, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. The greatest likelihood is that it's something available over the counter. However, there is also a chance that it could be something specially done by a compounding pharmacy, since they also use blank capsules, or it could be a foreign medication. I have been taking Qualitest brand 7.5 325 for cervical stenosis overall back problems and assorted other problems. Here is the thing I am take 1/2 of the 7.5 325, 4 times a day does not take all pain away but helps somewhat, well, CVS just changed to mallinckrodt 7.5 325 and they are not scored. The pharmacist said use a pill splitter, the thing there us, everything I have read on non scored pills regardless of what they are should not be split because you do not know where the medicine is, that is why they score them. Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. Are these Tylenol? ## I found pills meeting that description in my container of Kirkland Acetaminophen 650 mg. (Arthritis Pain relief) pills. ## From what I understand all of the imprints with "L" followed by three digits (e.g. L484, L583, etc) are indicative of various over-the-counter products; often manufactured by LNK International Inc. What is this pill meant to treat? I lost the box and only have the foil-backed package. It is acetaminophen and phenylephrine. ## I have some of these. Unfortunately all the Politicians talk about is the abuse of Pain drugs, they are not concerned with the folks that take and need these meds for real pain issues from real medical diagnosis. There's so many junkies out there seeking drugs to "feel good" just wanting to find a way to feel high. Well they have ruined it for all of us who truly need the meds for medical reasons, we are the forgotten. In my Ehlers Danlos Groups many Pain patients are finding it harder to find doctors who want to prescribe narcotics due to all the extra regulatory challenges. I did some research regarding disc injuries and their relationship with leg pains and what I found is that if any disc regardless of location pushes up against the spinal chord and the nerves surrounding it is entirely possible to experience pain in your back and legs. In fact signs of extreme back pain and leg pain is one of the first symptoms associated with a problematic disc. I was not able to find any link between muscle weakness and spinal issues. Hey all fellow patients out there, did you know the CDC has published a list of their proposed 2016 guidelines for doctors who prescribe opioids for chronic pain? That includes oxycodone, lortab, percocet, hydrocodone, opana, suboxone, morphine, and any other drug that has an opiate ingredient in it that so many of us count on to lead normal lives!
