Such a doctor doesn't exist. If you'd spent many years of your life and a very large sum of money to go to school and get into your dream career, wouldn't you want to keep your license to practice?
Additionally, on top of losing their license, they also face fines and jail time.
If you require treatment for pain, you'll have to see a specialist and follow proper procedure.
Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone?
Does anyone know of a good doctor in that area?
