Pain Management Fort Worth Texas Medicade

I've lost all income and I now receive medicade. I live in Fort Worth, TX, and I need to find a pain management doc. The one I've been going to for 4 yrs doesn't take medicade. I've been paying cash, but it's been a struggle every month finding the money. I need to relieve my pain in order to survive! Anyway, does anyone know of a pain management accepting medicade and will be able to perscribe opioids? The one I saw at JPS wanted no opioids given and only physical therapy for my nerve pain. *sighs* Help! Pain docs in ft worth taking medicade! Jen

Jen Ann, call your Medicaid Health Plan and ask for a Pain Management Doctor in your area. They may or may not be accepting new patients.
