Pain Management Dr. Around Nashville, Tn (Page 6)

I just moved to Nashville and need a Dr. to continue writing my Oxycodone 30mg 4/day. I have medical records & MRI showing I actually need the medication. I can get a referral if needed. I appreciate ANY help. Thank you!

Brad, try Walgreens on Murfreesboro Rd at Nashboro Village. They accept Discount Cards and 112 of the Generic Actavis Brand is 232.00. Hope this helps. Also you can try the Walgreens on Hwy 96 in Franklin....Good Luck.

Kdog, I am disabled by Multiple Sclerosis and I have have serious other health issues that I am desperately in need of a doctor due to my transfer from Maryland to Nashville and I lost the best doctors i have ever seen when i moved here.

MIKr finally going in to IPC....how are they with marijuana?...I'm going through withdrawal...appt is next week and I've been self medicating since CPS stopped taking my insurance. So 6 months of searching for a good doc n self medicating...all very expensive...if there is THC in my system will they still prescribe the 15mg Roxy? I've been prescribed 30mgs for past seven years plus a long acting which I will no longer take due to hypothyroidism.

Hey Jay. I actually live in Nashboro village. And I went to the walgreens and they would not fill it cause my pain clinic is in Clarksville. Which is stupid when i live right down the 3rd from Walgreens. And not my fault that only place I could find to take my insurance is in Clarksville

I want to move to Northh Carolina but I'm afraid that the Doctors here will not continue my mess. Therefore I have stuck it out here were I am but anyway I'm sure u can get in at the pain clinic in Nashville Tn. Type in pain clinic/ Antioch Tennessee .. that's still pretty much in Nashville. Let me know how it goes. I'm positive you will be able to get in. They will do all your test over again.

I need help in finding a PM doctor who does not judge and understands my healthcare problems. The condition I suffer from is not curable and only treated through pain management. Doctors need to understand that everyone's pain is different and quit treating as a pill junkie. I would give anything to get out of pain management but i can't live in pain. I tried to give up pain management and lasted 2 weeks. The pain I was in had my life miserable. I had no life, couldn't or have no quality in life. My PCP is supervising my pain management till January till I got to find a pain management Doctor. Any advice. CPS and PMG doesn't accept my insurance. I have United Healthcare. TennCare/Medicaid. SSI Disability. Plz help

Brad, I'm on United Healthcare Medicaid and can't find a pain doc here in Nashville..(due to interactions with other meds-I had false readings and have been through and lost them all). I have removed every other medication that affected my Oxy use and FINALLY have no problem taking only 4 of the 30mgs but now can't find any doc who will prescribe more than 10! I also have stopped taking an extended release because I found out I should have never been given one in the first place due to menopausal/HRT issues. I have found a doc in Clarksvilke for $397! The only people who can afford that are those who sell their pills! Does your doc take Medicaid? More specifically United Healthcare Community Plan?

Hi, there is a clinic called interventional pain mdeicing in Hendersonville Tn. There is one on Thompson Lane in nashville. I would Google pain management Thompson lane to findo it and get numbers. There are several others but all are not helpful. Spine and joint center in Brentwood I have heard is a good place.

TARA or anyone else looking for a pm dr in TN you can google certified pain management Dr's in TN & it will show you each clinic, location, all there info, directors name etc but not each clinic will help. None prescribe xanax or soma & most want you to be under 100 mg day morphine or equivalent. some even want 50mg as optimal & some require you do inj's., see there physical therapist & there psychiatrist. That way they can read out junkies (they think) but we who r in chronic pain n really need it know that junkies will do try anything & it really matters to them bc they'll find what they want somewhere. Those of us legitimate pain sufferers that cant do normal daily living without meds would be willing to do anything & do to try to be respected & treated with a little bit of dignity (most have worked hard all our lives) & not viewed as a junkie! Not everyone in pain has the same tolerance & the same meds dont work on everyone with great success. We must ALL STAND TOGETHER & do something if we want THINGS TO CHANGE! I found out a 30mg oxycodone = 45 mg morphine equivalent so 2 a day is 90mg & if your seeing a dr that only perscribes under 100 well there u go thats all you get NO LONG ACTING. This is an atrocity that the big gov mandates how much pain we must endure. We've worked, paid taxes all our lives & as for me I'll never be better only worse & on meds the rest of my life but never completely out of pain. Its either w/ meds I can get up n do a lil or no meds be bedridden & have caretaker. I know we cant leave contact info on here but there needs to be somewhere we could so we can try to implement changes to our health. Well have a new POTUS soon & maybe with enough emails calls etc to our councilmen, senators, govenors, FDA, CDC, & president something can be done to help us. I've learned there's suppossed to be new meds coming out soon but they may not work & I dont wanna be in pain all month if they dont. THINGS MUST CHANGE. Hope you all have a pain free day.

I am looking for a reliable pain doctor who will not lose certification in 3 months or less, after going to see him for the first time. I have back, hip, knee MRIs, all from 2012 or 2014, 2015. I was on 120 mg a day of breakthrough and 30 mg of long lasting. I live the southwest of Nashville, Tennessee. I am willing to travel to Springhill, Whitehouse, Columbia, Brentwood, Franklin, ectera.

My friend has peripheral neuropathy and also needs a good doctor to go to with his nerve damage and pain in legs. Looking for 2 different good Doctor's to start going to, if at all possible.

Look up pain management clinics in Antioch Tennessee you will find the clinic. Call they make u appointment right then . Many doctors there in the clinic. "Dr Bradley is 1 Doc there
