Pain Management Doctors Who Take Medicaid Near Livingston, Tx

My physiologist just informed me after 5yrs. that they would not be accepting Medicaid anymore. I don't know why, I feel like they are trying to push me out. I take Suboxone & Alprazolam. The Suboxone alone is almost $500 & Alprazolam is $130 a month. How am I, (someone who tries to live on Disability) suppose to pay for that? Even w/ my Medicare I'll still have to pay 20%. Anyone know any good doctors between Livingston and Conroe?
