Please Help Asap Gets Scarey Pantoprazole Sod Dr 40mg

PLEASE HELP ME I FEEL LIKE IM LOOSING THE PLOT 12DAYS IN HOS SEVERE PHENOMIA.PUT ON HEAPS OF TABLETS,BUT THE ONE PANTOPRAZOLE i found the pamphlet and i ve lost it cause i rem reading it first day,dont know about mem lost recent since hos,been out 2weeks feels like 3 days,keep 4getting what im sayin,could tell me 20 times the day,and that nite il forget,terr feeling.jus 4get lots little things and cant find stuff 4get where i put it thats not as bad its my memory please please reply thankyou
