I have a script for Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 but I'm out, and have access to an old script of Oxycodone 10MG immediate release. If i take a DOT drug test will they show up different and cause me to fail? ## NO oxycodone will NOT show up on a dot 5 panel test. If it is an extended opiate test then yes it will most definitely flag you. A 5 panel only tests for opiates not opioids. Synthetics will NOT show up on a 5 panel test. There is so much lack of information even by "medical professionals" just try a 5 panel home test available at any pharmacy and see for yourself. ## I just went through the wait of finding out the answer to ur question, i took a dot 5 panel drug test, i expected a call from the mro, i only got a call i passed from my employer...hope this helps.

I have had serious shoulder pain since my 2 shoulder surgeries and I have a physically demanding job which makes it worse. Does anyone know who in the central PA area (Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, etc) that will prescribe the 15 or 30mg Oxycodone (Percocet)? I have such a high tolerance to the weaker Percocet and those doses are the only ones that take my pain away. I would appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks. ## Hello, Shawn! How are you? Anything that contains higher doses of Oxycodone would not be called Percocet, because it doesn't contain the Acetaminophen. Can you beleive this. This happened overnight. I went to my pain med Dr. and he said the DEA has set news rules in place. I was getting 120 oxycodone plus the Fentanyl Patch. I was getting 10's. New rules state you can only give 7.5 mg and only 90 per month. He said if you prescribe 10's for 4 times a day it's now a red flag and could possibly be audited by the DEA. NY state really sucks I would rather take medical marijuana for pain, but NY state makes it so hard for you. Anyone else experience this. Can any of you tell me if you actually are getting your oxy-30 meds.....simply cannot do the pharmacy crawl if they are still all claiming to be out....This is a nightmare.....I feel so badly for every single human being here who has been denied the right to live pain free...I have been out since June 11, 2012 and I can barely walk to the bathroom. The M in a box is a logo used by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they have two tablets that use this marking. One is blue with the M in a box one side and a small 30 above a score line on the other, which contains 30mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. Yes, she can. It's what your doctor has prescribed and she can't change it and she can only give you the generic that her pharmacy has available. But Tylenol and Aspirin are not the same thing, Tylenol contains Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi, I started tge suboxone program. However, I injured myself at work and still have some oxycodone 30mg. I have taken anywhere from 3 to 4 a day for 3 or 4 days. My last dose was Saturday evening around 9pm. I have a urine test on Wednesday morning at about 9:30 a.m. will the Roxy's show up in my urine test or will I pass? If I fail then I get booted from the program. Of course, I do not want this to happen. Thank you for any and all help. ## Oxy could be detectable in a urine drug test for several days, say 2-5 days. I think you will be cutting it close. I have been prescribed 100mg MS contin 2 times daily and 10mg oxycodone 4 times daily for severe back pain for over 2 years. I take them as directed and my body has built a very high tolerance to both meds after taking them for so long. What could possibly cause the results from a DUI blood test for oxycodone to show up higher than the actual level? Blood test showed 140 ng. MS Contin was 67ng. I realize that different medications metabolize at different rates, but this makes no sense to me. How many ng of oxycodone should show up in your blood 1 1/4 hours after taking 10mg? I don't know that it matters, but I weigh 245lbs.

I have been on high doses of Neurotin for years after reading on another site that it helps greatly with opiate withdrawals. I take extremely high doses of Oxycodone and found when/if I ran out, I thought I was actually going to die. I have recently stopped taking Neurotin because the last three times I took it I actually didn't know my own name, was extremely abusive/harmful to my family and couldn't remember my actions regardless of how badly I had hurt someone!!! When I reported these actions to my GP and Pain Mgmt. Doctors, they both said they had NEVER heard of ANYONE having those kinds of side effects!!!
