Not sure relation to oxy, but dr refuse to refill and has left me without. That has led to long hospital visits..have rare condition....I cannot believe what is going on w pain in fl and other..with just 2 mg hydromorphone not in such intense abdominal cramps..still in pain but able to low function ...without zofran the nausea and vomit is full throttle..on a picc line to feed me...I am amazed that prof criminal of wholesale, dr,, and some people, leave ones with real phy pain like this...I was always telling all drs, include primary and mayo, that my condition worsens w pain..ignored..so end up in er 34 days out of 60 with serious rare condition..and now cantget meds and treated like criminal...i was on lynx and appt cancellled..my waefarin was needed and bleeding!!! Do u think it will be outta my system by then? ## Hi Tot, From what I could gather, Oxycodone can be detected in your urine for up to 3-4 days after your last dose. Keep in mind that because everyone is different, this is only intended to be a rough estimate and should be treated as such. In my opinion though, I think you should be able to pass the urine test if you're drinking plenty of water each day (since Oxycodone is excreted through the urine). I am a pain management patient for the last 12 years, and due to a bad car accident that caused neck, back problems that were I reinjured in a work related situation. Also have had 3 knee surgeries and shoulder surgery as well as both biceps and elbow surgeries and arthritis in all my joints. I have had my pain meds cut in half and my pain mgt. Dr. has prescribed 4 oxycodone IR Witch is a fast acting pain medicine. It would be virtually impossible to keep such a list updated anyway, as it would be very dynamic information. Additionally, there is no 30mg immediate release Oxycodone, this dosage is only available in the regular release or time released formulation. The IR is only available in a 5mg capsule. Does anyone know what's going on with this new law that says you have to use your insurance to fill your script of oxycodone? My insurance will not approve it and they are giving me a hard time saying the dr didn't send enough information over about why I need this medicine. I have been on rox and oxy for the past 10 years before all this drama started. Back when you could find out if the pharm could fill the script via phone. My Dr. is obviously the one privy to my medical records and therefore is thoroughly informed of my condition, and is most qualified to prescribe what is necessary. Lately Pharmacists are playing God while simultaneously failing the medical community especially the people that are in severe pain. A Pharm now trumps any MD or specialists (when a pharmacist can't even write a script lacking a medical degree) .WTF! Round, thin orange coating, described as being 80 mg oxycodone HCl generic equivalent, smells chalkish, no numbers or markings of any kind - manufactured by Codimalindon Pharma in India ## There have been a lot of posts about these pills, recently. However, I have to state here the same thing I did in response to those, if there are no markings on the tablet, then there is no way to be certain if what you received is actually Oxycodone. Been taking painkillers ( vicodin, lortab, lorcet ((discontinued)), and Norco for many years. Skiing, motorcycles, etc. Whe I started the Norco, I got them from cvs. Found out that the ones manufactured by Malincrodt were completely ineffective when compared to the Watson product. My Doc has me on the pink k56 oxy now. I picked them up, reluctantly, from cvs because of the insurance Discount. Only able to get coverage for 90 although I had a prescription for 120. My question is does anyone know if the ones I have (manufactured by KVK-Tech INC) are going to be a waste of time like the Malinkrodt norcos were. I've been on Oxycodone for 7 years. 5 mg 2 to 3 times a day (sometimes 4 times a day on a bad pain day) I've never been without them. I had shoulder and back issues which caused a pain doctor to put me on them. My job changed 2 years ago to where I shouldn't need these meds as I don't do anything labor intensive anymore. I'm still on them. My doctor said stopping shouldn't be an issue, just taper from 3 a day to 2 then to 1 and then 1/2 but I find myself going through sweats and sickness when I take just 1 a day. Looking at the clock to see when it's been 24 hours so I can have another one. Pain aside, the sweats,running to the toilet and the creepy crawly feeling on my skin as if I am going to go insane. My boyfriend's doctor of 3 years changed practices and moved and now he cannot find a doctor who will write him the same prescription he was getting the last 3 years with her. Are there any doctors in New Mexico who he can be on a pain contract with and get his prescription from. Yellow, oblong V on one side, 4829 on the other. I have no idea if this is even a real pill. I've google'd it came up with Oxycodone and Acetaminophen 10/325, but cannot find a picture or any other kind of info.. I have 2 of them. The only difference is when you flip them, on one of them, the V will be right side up but the other side 4829 will be upside down. On the second pill, the V will be right side up, flip it, the 4829 will be right side up. If that makes any sense. I know that is one way to tell a fake from real but with these I have no idea because I don't even know if the pill is even a real pill period!! The brand name is a trade name given by the original manufacturer of a medication, and the generic name is the list of the actual ingredients. The generic name for Percocet is Oxycodone with APAP (Acetaminophen) and the generic name for Roxicet would just be Oxycodone, so yes, they are different.
