No registration is required and your identity remains anonymous.I have a probation swab coming up. when I get swabbed will the herion show up as the same as oxycodone? ## I see so many answer concerning drug test performed at the pain/doctor offices and I estimate from my 15 years of taking opiates and narcotics that the answers on discussion blogs such as this one usually are 50/50 right/wrong. But to keep it simple and tho the point of your question, and before I start rambling what all I do know on the subject, the answer is that either a swab or urine screen will specifically show heroin in either one of these screenings as a NARCOTIC and not an opiate. Only heroin and Morphine will result in a positive result for narcotic and oxycodone will result in a positive finding for opiate. I hope this answer gets to you in time for you to try and find s...
Is there any doctor's in the houston area that prescribe oxycodone if so could someone lead in the direction would be greatly appreciated... ## I'm not familiar with the Houston area or any doctors in that location, however, I did want to let you know that calling around looking for a doctor to prescribe a certain medication will usually end in failure. Most doctors will see it as being drug seeking behavior. The best thing you can do is to see a new doctor and make sure that they receive a full copy of your medical records, so they can see what medications have and have not worked for you in the past. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Alternatively, you might also want to consider seeing a pain specialist. Learn more pain management details here. Does anyone else have any advi...
Getting conflicting info on the internet, one site says its oxycodone / acetaminophen but no image and another says its an over the counter cough and cold med also no image. The pharmacy will NOT give any info on phone. Does anyone know what it really is? ## Hello, Rebecca! How are you? According to the prescription drug identification databases, a round, white tablet with the marking U 16 contains 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Ok so i was recently prescribed this new equivalent to my previous prescription for watson. The scoring on this new pill is a333 and it seems to work well but my stomach cant handle the cramping. My pcp is going to write for me a new prescription for something different but until then im stuck with these cheap nockoffs. Can i cut these pills in half to minimize the stomach cramping? ## Hello, Steve! How are you? Yes, as long as your doctor approves, you can cut these in half, they are regular release tablets that contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, according to the prescription drug databases. The FDA lists this mediation as possibly being habit forming and states that it is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects,...
I have been taking Oxycodone as prescribed, 30 mgs. per day/ 3 times a day. I can't stand having to sleep all day. When I wake up, I am very depressed. I suffer from Treatment Resistant Depression. My pain went from a 5 to close to 10 and walking is even difficult. A family member hired a cleaning lady and someone to do other tasks for me, but I feel terrible having that paid for. I need a new medication. ## Hello, Candy! How are you doing? I'm very sorry about the problem that you're having. That can be a side effect, as listed by the FDA, that some people experience from Oxycodone, along with nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. It can really vary from person to person, for instance, I didn't have that problem with Oxycodone, but I did experience it when taki...

I'm assuming you're referring to the ones with the V logo that are manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals? What is the complete marking on them? That information would help someone to be able to answer your question. The FDA lists this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

This is oxycodone/acetaminophen 10/325 or Percocet 10/325; used for pain; it is a narcotic ## Hi whittni, Thanks for sharing that information. I just wanted to confirm for anyone else who might be reading this thread, that a yellow capsuled-shaped pill imprinted with "V 4829" is in fact a generic Percocet 10/325 tablet, containing 10mgs of Oxycodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. For verification, this particular tablet is reported to be manufactured by Qualites Pharmaceuticals, based out of Huntsville, AL. It also carries a National Drug Code of 0603-4982. I hope this helps! ## This pill is oxycodone not hydroodone!!
Dr in Galveston Texas who is able to prescribe pain medication like Vicidan ## Hello, Sundowner! How are you? You'll need to see a specialist to have such medications prescribed, due to the new requirements set forth by the DEA last year. The FDA lists this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?
...if the acetaminophen in Percocet enhances its action? I just had surgery for bone spurs and was given oxy, 5mgs. For some reason I thought that oxy would be stronger--I think I heard it somewhere--but now that just seems wrong. For that matter, why prescribe Percocet, given the liver implications, and instead just give people oxy and tell them they may carefully and occasionally supplement it with NSAIDS? ## Hello, Tristan! How are you? Yes, the Acetaminophen potentiates the action of the Oxycodone, for some people. It doesn't work for everyone. Oxycodone by itself works better for some people and, if you look at the FDA information on it, you'll see that it is also available in higher doses that are in different formations, including a time released one for better pain contr...
small and looks almost identical to 187 15mg oxycodone with NO apap they are small green and round ## These imprints can be hard to read, are you sure its not V 4811 and perhaps you were looking at it upside down? If so, it contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Read more: ## 4811 with blank on the other side
Im looking for an otc pill that looks similar to 20 mg oxycodone. They dont have to look exactly the same, just similar in color & size. Could a vitamin, cold tab, whatever looks somewhat like oxy 20 mgs. Anyone know of anything passable? ## @jay, Oxycodone comes in different shapes, colors, and sizes, depending on the manufacturer as well. So without a specific imprint, I can only assume that you may be referring to either the round gray K|57 tablet made by KVK Tech or the white oval pill by Purdue Pharma that has OXY | IR on one side and 20 on the other... is this correct? Nothing's going to match those imprints, so that wouldn't necessarily fool anyone in the medical field, but there are many white oval pills OTC such as Naproxen or Ibuprofen which may have a similar look...
I am looking for a pharmacy in Hernando County (spring hill area) that will fill my Rx of Oxycodone 30mg (120). I am paralyzed and wheelchair bound and have been to 15 pharmacies all who are out any suggestions on where to try? Thanks ## Hello, Scotty! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're having a problem getting your prescription filled. Have you found them, yet? We are now into the time of year when shortages usually occur, due to the DEA mandatory manufacturing limits on controlled substances. Once each manufacturer reaches their limit, they cannot manufacturer any new product, until after the new year. According to the FDA, this is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth...
I have been on oxycodone 30mg 6x a day for several years now and my tolerance has built up considerably high. I am considering changing to dilaudid 8mg 6x a day with 15mg of oxy 2x a day for breakthrough but im wondering if there Is a better alternative? I tried fentanyl patches and those didn't work worth a damn. ER tablets don't digest well for me. Please send me some suggestions I don't know what to go to ## Help, Alex! How are you? Why don't you try another time released medication, such as Oxycontin, which is the time release Oxycodone or Ms Contin, which is the time released Morphine? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Time released ...
Found this tablet - trying to identify. It's a small blue tablet with "A" and "51" separated by a score on one side, plain on other side ## Hello, Joey! How are you? According to the listings in the databases, this isa 30mg regular release Oxycodone tablet. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. This is a very potent medication and should not be taken, unless your doctor has prescribed it for you. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi. I took a roxy June 20th. I have been doing heroin everyday. I been prescribed hydrocodone 5mg and have been taking that. On June 25th I had to take a drug test. I failed for opiates but failed for oxycodon too. Would the heroin have caused me to fail or the roxy for oxycodon. How long would it take to get the roxy out my system? ## I took one roxicodine 30 mg Saturday night first time ever i have a hair test on Thursday will I fail ## yes you will I'm almost positive and I'm sorry to have to give you this information but hair tests are the worst they can go back like 90 days. ## For just one pill? Is it possible that the contaminated hair has not reached the top of my scalp yet? ## If I take the test tommorw is it possible it won't show up ## well to be honest one pill i...
My Dr,after 9 years of pain management is cutting off each of his patients, were talking at least 2000.He says due to increasing scrutiny from the D.E.A and other people, within the political area.Is this true,I have tried everything to relive my pain, and oxycodone does the best,Now what?I have the actual letter that he has given all of his patients. What do I do?? ## I am very sorry about the predicament you are now finding yourself in, but yes, this has been happening all over the U.S. New regulations went into place at the beginning of the year requiring stricter monitoring of the prescribing of pain medications. Additionally, general practitioners and surgeons are being directed not to prescribe them, at all, for long-term use. They want them only to be prescribing them for a short per...
