Not only that, but I can't find a listing for any blue tablet with this marking, at all. Hello everyone & top o' the mornin to ya! the medicine you are speaking of and have described, is in fact, a 20mg oxycodone. Oxycodone HCL to be exact..which is pretty much a 20mg instant release percocet with no tylenol added..tiny round grayish pill with 14 and N P & scored imprints... side effects vary..im a little more dizzy than id like to be! not used to feeling this way from these kinds of meds. also the fillers are different & it does not dissolve in liquids or applesauce..but its for those same reasons that companies are changing medicines - so "certain people" cant abuse them. its to be taken by mouth only & the drug companies are trying to keep drug addicted people or needle addicted people from abusing medicines while all at the same time trying t...
I am sooooo sick of being told that the pharmacies don't have my meds!!! I have a pain specialist in Lee county in Fl and live in Naples. I have been paying for my controlled meds at a pharmacy in Bonita when I have insurance that covers my medication in full !!! this particular pharmacy told me that they are no longer accepting insurance for controlled substances because they lose money so they are charging $3-$4 each for MS Contin 15 and even more for Norco or percocet. There HAS to be something illegal about this.....? I might as well just forget the stupid insurance and even the doc for that matter !!! I am paying $300 to see my doc every month and then another 2-400 for my meds and this month I just didn't have it so am only taking two norco a day when I am prescribed mscon...

I have gotten MRSA four times in the last three years, with two surgeries. My questions are: why do I keep getting the infection, also around the same time of year as the previous years had mrsa. Also, I have been on and off pain killers (oxycodone 5 mg) for the last three years and I believe I have gained somewhat of a tolerance for them. I do understand that improper use of prescription drugs is a huge problem and doctors are hesitant to prescribe them. But why is it that if I have to pay a huge doctor bill (100,000.00 just for the hospital bill the first time I got it) and I'm in a lot of severe pain the doctor won't give me the necessary dose or quantity of pain medication I need to be comfortable? ## Hello, Stephen! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem that you...

I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. Additionally, due to the new directives that were set forth by the DEA last year, you'll most likely have to see a pain management specialist to have such a medication prescribed. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I take 5MG oxycodone 2x a day. Last dose was yesterday 4am and 3pm. Is it safe for me to drink next day, late afternoon? ## Hi survivor, According to research from umm.edu, drinking alcohol with oxycodone in your system can cause potentially dangerous side effects such as difficulty breathing, confusion, dizziness, slurred speech, and impaired cognitive function. For those reasons they recommended that patients avoid alcohol during the course of treatment. The interaction between these two drugs also categorizes it as having a "high interaction potential". This may mean that even just a few sips of something could do you in. Better to play it safe in my opinion. Hope this helps!
I've been on oxycodone for two years. Recently, I'm taking 15mgs of Roxicodone 4 times a day. I've ran short on smaller doses in the past due to tolerance, which is what brought me to this amount. I got a refill on my roxi on Feb 3rd. That week I started getting a flare up and took more than prescribed. The following week I asked to be seen by my pain management doctor, but no returned phone calls. I called again 5 days later begging to be seen & they told me he wouldn't see anyone unless it was an emergency because he is short on staff. I was afraid to tell the office staff I had overtaken. I wanted to tell him in person. I was hurting so bad and one of my friends who has chronic back pain due to back surgery gave me a morphine pill while I was withdrawing. I sent m...

I am 69 yrs. Old and have been taking oxycodone for 31, yes thirty-one, years for chronic pain. Long history of physical abuse, 3 types of cancer, injurys and PTSD. I started taking them in other ways than prescribed, 30 Mg., about 3 years ago to get the "instant " relief when my pain was "white hot " and I couldn't brave myself through it long enough for it to go to work if taken orally. About an hour later I take one orally to get through the next 3 hours, then repeat the process until my "BAD DAY" passed. I only do them this way on my bad days when I only get out of bed to go to the bathroom because the slightest movement is quite unbearable. I hate the FACT that the addicts and the people who only get them to sell them to the addicts are beginning to make...
UpdatedI have been doing this for about 8-10 months now. I rarely feel a euphoria, but it gives me motivation to do things. Without it I don't feel like doing anything. I am on anti-depressants and other medications. My depression is TRD (treatment resistant depression). I also have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and for the past 3 months, I sound like I have a clothes pin on my nose. My breathing is not good. I feel I am psychologically addicted, because I stopped it for two weeks and had no problems. I can go into a rehab because I live with family and was in recovery for alcohol and drugs. I was told if I ever did anything at all even once I would get kicked out. I'm now getting scared. Could someone scare me even more so I might get a better idea of the damage I am doing to ...
I found some tablets in my yard They are blue oblong one side stamped OXN and other side number five can you tell me what they are ## Hello, Crystal! How are you? From what I've been able to find, this is a medication available under the trade name Targin, it contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 2.5mgs of Naloxone (though this dosing is going by the most current information I can find and may not be totally accurate, if anything has changed since then!). The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can anyone confirm this dosing?
