No, there is no Oxycodone listed in the U.S. databases with this marking. Not only that, but I can't find a listing for any blue tablet with this marking, at all.
The closest I can find is a round, purple one that is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 5mgs of Cetirizine in a chewable formulation, it's the active ingredient in Zyrtec.
