I have valid prescriptions. And does it have same effect as in USA? Any answers would be useful. ## Hi sureshs, Sorry to hear about the car accident. I hope you're well on your way to making a full recovery! You mentioned that you had a valid prescription for the Oxycodone. However if it originated from the USA, I honestly don't know if they will accept it or not in another country. That seems to be a grey area in my own investigations, depending on the different drug laws in that particular country. If I were you I'd take your doctor's prescription to a medical facility there in India just to see what they say about their international prescription p...
I went to new pain magement doctor because my old one no long took my insurance. I was on 7.5 325 hydrocoden and in between I went to my orthro she gave oxycodone 10 that work better for my lower back pain. At the first visited to we pm was told he did not agree with my ortho about my back and he did not believe in using pain meds I should have never been placed on them. Had no problem at old pm she had agreed with ortho that my back was bad. Come to find out he coded me with a diagnosis code 304 that's is drug dependant. My question is what is this going to do to me with insurance and other doctors. I was never kick out of other pm just needed to find one that would take my insurance. ## Being drug dependent is not the same as being diagnosed as being addicted. Dependence happens t...

UpdatedI saw on here the difference between Endocet and oxycodone or Percocet. Well I have had scripts for both. If I could get Endocet I would take it over ANY other pain pill out there. I don't like to feel the rush of my meds. Then I enjoy them. I like to feel that my meds are working. There's a difference. I am basically allergic to everything but Endocet dilaudid and oxycodone. Norco...Now a question. Saying this and I have taken them all at one time or another. Is oxycontin and oxycodone the same pill? I read on Google it is. It's the way they explain to people. However if I ask my doctor or pharmacist, no it's different - one is man made. The other is like perc. So I'm lost... Can anyone tell me... Thanks... ## Oxycodone is the active ingredient in Oxycontin, so what...
Hi, I'm currently taking oxycodone 10 mg 4x a day. I need something stronger and something for break through pain. I don't have insurance so I need to do this cost wise since I'm paying out of pocket. I've taken dilaudid 4 mg with morphine 10 mg before and it did nothing for my pain. I've also taken methadone as well. I have bulging and herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, pinched nerves, fibromyalgia, spondylosis, and possibly spinal stenosis. I need another MRI. How can I tell my pm doctor to increase the Mg's of pain medicine without sounding like a drug seeker? Or give me something stronger I can pay for? ## I'm willing to pay the pharmacy $5 extra for each pill they fill for me but rite aid didn't go for that or CVS. Is their anyone...

Was told by my doctor that this is a 30mg oxycondone. Let me,know as the 214 are 15mg. Thank you. ## Yes A 215 is Oxycodone 30 mg, I was unable to locate anything stating A 214 is Oxycodone 15 mg. I did locate M 15 (the M is in a square) which is Oxycodone 15 mg. If you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do. If you feel concerned ## Recently I got some a215 darker blue than normal but the press is the same as I see on the internet. Altho...
Dear friends. I too am in the same situation. I live in the Tampa area of Florida. It seems that the powers that be are choking off the supply of these drugs. I am now trying to get oxy from Optumrx, a mail order pharmacy. I did receive my meds last month a week late. Now they have changed the rules to a 80% ER and a 20% IR. I understand that they will eventually taper me off to no pills at all! That's not acceptable as I live with chronic pain. I am looking into changing my meds to a more available med. To everyone out there I "FEEL YOUR PAIN". But it's not going to get any better, so try to find a substitute drug. I blame the medical profession for getting me on these addictive drugs. I can take the pain but the withdrawal is worse and dangerous. We are screwed because of
UpdatedHello- I was in a vehicle accident & have had severe neck pains since the accident. I had a dr who prescribed 180 10mg Oxycodone HCl. She's retired now & I'm having GREAT difficulties finding a new dr to write the script. Is there any drs in Iowa who will take on my case? ## Hello, Alsbi! How are you doing? Sorry about the problem that you're having. However, part of the problem might be due to your approach. If you're looking for a new doctor to write a prescription, then that might be the issue. If you contact a new doctor and ask them about prescribing a controlled substance, such as this, they will view that as being drug seeking behavior and usually not even let you get in the door for an appointment. You've really just got to set up an appointment with ...
hi my name is greg, i always have a hard time filling my scripts im wrote for 120 30s, 120 15s and 60 xanax bars. i had a bad motorcycle crash. im only 26 years old so most pharmacies think im selling them or shooting them. i could never shoot up gotta phobia of needles if anyone can help. u can reach me at 828 xxx xxxx. please help ## Well, the issue is really due to the fact that having two prescriptions written, for the same medication, in different dosages, is highly unusual. The normal pain control regimen would be having one that may be the instant, or regular release formulation and the other being for the time released Oxycontin. Pharmacists are actually required to watch for this type of thing. Is there a special reason that your doctor doesn't have you on a time released m...
what brand oxycode 10 mg is most bioavailable? have been on KVK brand for severe arthritis and post joint replacement surgery. Pharmacy just switchted to pink pills with 12 on one side and np on other side. These pills do not provide nearly the same level of pain relief. I previously used KVK brand for breakthrough pain. Are the binders on current brand 12/NP that interfere with effectiveness? can these binders cause harm? what form of this med or similar opiod is most bioavailable?
UpdatedAnyone familiar with oxycotin 60mg ? I was getting 60mg oc but I now have 60mg OP..I wasnt told of any change by the pharm. I noticed after taking these I have a rash under my arms and it seems I have to take the breakthru rx more often..Did I get dupped my my pharm. or are these pills new or different than what I was taken?? Thanks for any hep ## I am not sure what it is supposed to stand for, but Oxycontin OP is the new product from Purdue and is replacing the original product. It has been specially formulated to help prevent abuse of the medication. So no, you were not duped. They have discontinued the original and your pharmacy has no choice but to provide you with the new product. It is claimed to work the same as the original, however, there have been many complaints that is it no...
little white pill on one side has a line and on other side has a box with a m in it ## let me no what this pill is little white has a line down one side and a box with a m in it on the other side ## Freind thinks she has wrong medication ## I am still trying to find out about the 10mg morphine, CAN it melt in your mouth and is it possible someone scraped the coating off so that this would happen? ## Still waiting on replys does anyone have answer(s) ## As to the tablet with boxed M on it, are there any other markings, such as numbers on it? There is a company that uses the logo of an M in a box, but they also have other numbers on their tablets and I would need that information in order to identify it. As a pill that melts in someone's mouth, are you sure that wasn't Methadone? ...

According to several pharmacists, with whom I speak, their IS a shortage of Oxycodone-as the DEA is going ape-s*** once again and ANYONE CAN STILL BUY THEM ON THE STREETS, but I, in Chronic pain for 12 years have to exhibit "drug seeking behaviour" in order to fill my LEGITIMATE rx! -I'm 55, walk w/a cane and am in BAD shape-WHY AM I BEING PUNISHED? WHAT HAVE WE LET HAPPEN-HERE? ## You aren't being punished. Unfortunately, shortages are very common this time of year for most narcotic opiates due to mandatory manufacturing limits. Each manufacturer is only allowed to make a certain amount of them each year and then they have to cease production until they receive their new allotment number in the new year. This is done to help keep better track of the supply to try to pre...
I'm prescribed 10 mg Oxycodone for chronic pain and have taken them for about four years. This month I've had several bouts of GI issues, with fever, vomiting and diarrhea. The pills aggravated the nausea and vomiting, so I stopped taking them and tried to get by on Tylenol and Advil. I called the nurse to report that I was not taking the meds and why. Instinct tells me I should report to them anytime there is a situation which would impact my drug panel. By the second day, I identified different types of pains, separate from the illness I was experiencing. It finally dawned on me that it could be withdrawal symptoms (I've never experienced anything like this!) I resumed taking the Oxycodone, even if I knew I was going to throw up. I hoped that enough would stay to make thos...
Updatedis there such a pill solid blue oxycodone casules with no markings and the powder is white ## Not a legal, U.S. manufactured one, they are all required to have imprints to enable them to be identified in case of emergency. There are only 2 cases where it could be Oxycodone and not have an imprint on it. The first would be if it was a dosage or formulation specially ordered by a doctor that was done by a compounding pharmacy and the second could be if it were a foreign medication. Learn more Oxycodone details here. However, without markings, it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Where was it found/obtained? ## is there a blue and white capsule oxycodone 30mg out there with no markings?
round white pill with 20 on one side and and r over a p on the other ## Hello, Judy! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Rhodes Pharma and they list it as containing 20mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
I get 90 pills which cost me $74.00 last month November. This month it cost $147.00, Does anyone know what is going on? ## I usually get 120 10/325 for $67 using a free prescription savings card. Today I picked up my prescription and it was $102! Pharmacist told me that was due to a recent shortage. My 120 15mg jumped from $37 to $62. There are plenty of free pharmacy cards you can print or download. Here in az they have issued one. You don't have to qualify but you can only use if you don't have insurance. Saved me almost $360 between both pain pills. ## Hi Red, From what I've heard, Neeter is right about the recent shortage linking to the price jump. However, like he said there are also numerous prescription drug savings cards out there that you can use to help take the ed...
