Oxycodone Doctor In Nj (Page 7) (Top voted first)

I need a doctor that will prescribe oxycodone 30mg in New Jersey. My doctor recently took me off of 30mg oxycodone because I tested "negative" for oxycodone because I lost my prescription that month. I was seeing him for 2 years. I have a serious back problem - 4 discs are herniated and 1 disc is GONE. Most doctors just want to refer me to a orthopedic doctor to get surgery. I DONT WANT SURGERY I am too young!!

Michele I was hoping you'd share the doctor's name that you went too. Also Dr. Allen Weinstein from Old Bridge NJ is not taking any patients that are out of state. I just can't believe this. Finally get a call back after weeks of leaving messages and this is the news I got. Sorry can't make an appointment for you. You don't live in the area.

Hi my name is carmine. I live in pa but I've been going to a pain management doc in NJ for 6 yes n last week at my appointment he told me he's closing down.. I have very many serious issues with my body. I broke my l3 n l4 vertebrae. I have a steal plate n 12 screw holding my pelvis together. I have 4 pins holding my wrist to my hand. I also have Multiple disintegrating discs in my back plus two that are bulging and pinching my siatic nerve.. so I really need to find a new pain management doctor asap. I only have 10 days left. I was on 240 roxicodone which is 9 a day, plus 120 hydromophone 8 milligrams which I'd take 4 a day, plus 120 2 milagrams Xanax for my anxiety n my insomnia, plus my blood pressure pills n migraine pill. I've had multiple motorcycle accidents / dirtbike accidents. I got rear ended bad in a car accident... SO I'M IN NEED OF A NEW PAIN MANAGEMENT DOC IN NJ OR PA WHO WILL WRITE THE NUMBER I'M ON OR AT LEAST CLOSE TO IT. I'M NEW ON HERE SO I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHECK THIS. MY EMAIL IS {edited for privacy}. I'm sorry you have so many problems. I can help you with the e-mail thing. Anytime anyone replies you should get a notification to your regular e-mail account. Click on that. About half way through the page there is a square (I forget exactly what is says, something like view replies.) Click on that and it will lead you to the thread.

Best of luck to you. I haven't had any luck either. I've gotten to the point that when my back spasms it's so bad that I can't move from whatever position the spasm has moved me into. But's its not as bad as you.

I was seeing DR. Greenberg for 6 years to ! We need to work together . It's really unfair to leave us with no alternative . I already wasted time and money I don't have to waste for nothing ! Any doc referral would be appreciated .

Hey Jay, I was seeing Dr greenburg also. I did find a Dr in scranton pa but he's not giving any where close to the numbers I was on, but if u want that Dr I can help u. I'm working on a new one in NYC. Hopefully I will have n appointment with them soon.

I tried to get reassessed by another doctor and all there was at Rand/Sloan/Doctor of the Month's service was a message that they were closed. No way to leave a message. Nor number where to get medical records. The practice refused to look at me because they felt I had been going to a "pill factory'' and that I should have run out of meds prior to getting my appointment. I was pretty much accused of being called a seeker even though I told them I was willing to be treated without meds, just weaned off even if that meant suboxone. I explained I was taking just enough to have meds until the day after my appointment and how the medical assistants when we were having a different doctor every month told me to put aside meds in case something happened. (Appointment every 28 days, prescription for 30 days, you do the math and it works out).

I regret that I ever trusted Dr. Rand and believed he would come back as promised. I feel as if by trusting him years of my life have been stolen from me.

I was going to doc Sloan myself for 5 years and I found out 5 days before my visit in August that he was shut down and I also haven't been able to get records and I also spent 2 months and about 1800$ trying to find a new doc and going to all these new appointments jus to try to get what I use to or atleast close! I used to get 6 oxy 30's a day and 8 methadone tablets for long term which were great on top of that and the roxi was for break thru. And I had my anxiety meds from him too and it was impossible for me to find a doc that would not only prescribe roxi but so many and the methadone on top of that! And the anxiety meds? forget that they wanted me to see a separate doc for that even thou i have been on anxiety meds for 12 years way before my accident and even thou my back is so f****d up I was told by all the docs I saw that Sloan was writing waaaay too much and I should she been seeing a doc in Nj where I live not ny and I got s***ted on so much by the docs but I finally found one after looking for so long I just finally found a doc and to boot 25 min from my house in nj!!!! Finally but even thou i found one I ain't getting anything like I was and no methadone and no anxiety meds jus the roxi but at least it's something and I was told that Sloan was over writing everyone and I agree! It was hard as hell I almost gave up. I stretched out 5 days worth for 2 weeks and then I ended up at the methadone clinic for 2 months til I found this new doc ;) good luck to you all Sloan/Rand Patients!!! God bless. I know it hurts but the methadone clinic works miracles!!!
