Oxycodone Doctor In Nj (Page 10)
(Newest replies first)

I need a doctor that will prescribe oxycodone 30mg in New Jersey. My doctor recently took me off of 30mg oxycodone because I tested "negative" for oxycodone because I lost my prescription that month. I was seeing him for 2 years. I have a serious back problem - 4 discs are herniated and 1 disc is GONE. Most doctors just want to refer me to a orthopedic doctor to get surgery. I DONT WANT SURGERY I am too young!!

If you know of a doctor in NJ that will write oxycodone 30mg please email me {edited for privacy}. Thanks!

Hi. I don't know how to post info to get in touch. I'd like to, though. My husband is in a bad way, and God forbid he loses his job over this. I've talked to other Wayne patients, and the story is the same. Nobody can find a doctor. I talked to several offices today and if you can even get in, one was $700.00 for first visit. Dr. Sloan won't take the fall for Dr. Rand. I tried the DEA today, and got a recording that they are unavailable and not to leave a message because it won't be answered. Dr. Rand is responsible for this.

Sorry Peggy, made a typo... It is Illegal what Rand's doing. Need to get together so we can get a class action suit going. It's not right.People can die. This is bull.. Someone has to help us.

Peggy as soon as I figure out a way to give you my phone number without it being on her for all to see. People need to get together to file as class action suit. Lawyers and other medical professionals said this is legally and medically not right... how can we get in touch with each other???

As I write this, my husband is too sick to get out of bed. I plan on calling the DEA again and this time file a complaint. Also the Medical Board, and I'm thinking the Attorney General. Dr. Rand's patients stuck with that office and put up with unthinkable treatment out of loyalty, and his promises to resume their care when he got out of jail. At that time, finding a pain doctor wasn't that hard. Now, it's almost impossible. And 3 months of records? A patient is entitled to all of their records.

It's a wrap bro... once you screw up a urine cuz you "lost" your script, that is now in your medical history and no doctor will touch it. My advice is Google no insurance oxycodone doctor. I'm from Boston, and up here there are a million doctors that are CASH ONLY. I myself pay $180 cash once a month and in turn I'm handed 3 scripts... 1st is 84-800mg Gabbapentin, 2nd is 84-8mg Suboxone films, and 3rd is 84-30mg Adderall IR (Instant Relief) all 3 are a 28 supply, hence the quantity of 84. Depending on the laws in your state, (for example Florida has ZERO HEALT INSURANCE. If you are from another state and have health ins. it don't matter. Pharmacies down there are CASH ONLY. It's the #1 reason that state is a STR8 UP MESS. GREAT JOB JEB!!!) you live in, you might get lucky and find a doctor that is cash only. Also if u do find this, Im 100% positive the prices will vary widely, so call as many as you can to find the cheapest doctor. Good luck

Peggy, 2Stupid2trusthim, Call the DEA as we have strength in numbers. This by law is wrong. And the staff is giving patients only 3 month's worth of their records. That's wrong too. What new pain office facility is going to only accept 3 months of records? Where are all the records for the patients anyway??? Everyone stand together on this. Something stinks here... people are going to get sick and possibly die. Who's responsible?? By law there has to be a back up doctor. Suboxone is not the tell all win all for every patient either. Patients are treated individually not as a very whole office entity. What happened to patient care. What happened to the oath Dr. Rand took to take care of patients. I am devastated how heartless and how all these patients are discarded like trash. Something needs to give here. Patients need their medicine Dr. Rand.

Dr. Rand should be the one writing scripts for 30 day supply to all of Dr. Sloan's patients, not Suboxone. I feel a class action coming on. Patients are in withdrawal and someone may die. Then who's responsible. Dr. Rand's got it all wrong. People should show up there when he's there...how can he do this to all these loyal patients that stuck by him when he. Dr. Rand, went to jail and promised he'd be back and the practice will be better. He's done nothing for his patients just took cash payments and raised the fee to 250.00 a visit and right after that Dr. Sloan's arrested...

My husband has been a patient of Dr.Rand's for 15 years after an almost fatal car accident. He had an appointment with Dr.Sloan a couple of days after Dr.Sloan was raided. He's in severe withdrawal and in danger of losing his job. I contacted the DEA and medical board and was told by law every pain management office has to have a backup doctor to avoid the dangerous possibilities of going cold turkey. This is not the case here. How is it that legitimate patients are not being treated fairly under the law?

He can't write for a 30 day supply if he has no license, the script would never get through at the pharmacy!!

The staff told me he had been arrested. I haven't been able to find anything on line, however another doctor who I will not say the specialty for their own protection told me Sloan had been arrested. Apparently other docs get notified so they can be notified about potential drug seekers (not calling anyone here that. I too am a patient for many years). This whole thing is hard to process. He gave such a good exam, screened us through monthly testing, counted our meds.

Staff said he had been arrested. Released on his own recognizance. DEA sent in 2 fake patients who were part of the sting. Again, this was per the staff.

He will only write for suboxone. Not even a 30 day prescription for pain meds. Sends a pretty strong message.

Frank and others. Frank I go to the Va in Richmond and had to also needed back surgery. I had one the old way not by the VA and the newer procedures they have now. The first way cut and shave disc to clear the area causing the pressure point. The way the V A does it is with what they call surgical glue. and what that does is it goes in like water and slow but fast it starts to harden. I have had that done on 3 other discs and let me tell u, pain and pressure ALL gone!!! IT is the best and only way. They first called it as compression fractures of the spine. So in time, they will all go this way. They switch my Dr to a young gal DR who really hasn't lived long enough to tell me anything about my body and how it works for me. she told me the first time i met that at 30 mg in 10mg 3x a day. So now i know she is working not for me but yourself and the gov't. As for giving urine I stop at the end of each month to dry out and i don't give urine. Every hear of Constitution? 5th. You can't discriminate against yourself. It is crazy that they want u to sign a paper saying u are not a liar and now i know they don't trust me so why should i believe you? They have done nothing going on around 4 years now and i am just like any other vet. They called today for an appointment with me that i didn't ask for. I didn't take it and i will ask for a older white vet male that knows what it is to be a fighting soldier with all of the breaks and aches and mental part and all u do is control our lives when we come back. Sorry for going off topic. God Bless and tks for listening, it worked tonight for me. Goodnight all.

Did you ask Rand if he'd be willing to write a 30 day supply...that's what he should be doing. So what next. Any other place to go too?
