Oxycodone Doctor In Nj

I need a doctor that will prescribe oxycodone 30mg in New Jersey. My doctor recently took me off of 30mg oxycodone because I tested "negative" for oxycodone because I lost my prescription that month. I was seeing him for 2 years. I have a serious back problem - 4 discs are herniated and 1 disc is GONE. Most doctors just want to refer me to a orthopedic doctor to get surgery. I DONT WANT SURGERY I am too young!!

If you know of a doctor in NJ that will write oxycodone 30mg please email me {edited for privacy}. Thanks!

Hi, Frank! I'm very sorry about the problem that you're having.

However, if surgery is a possible solution that would end your suffering, there is no such thing as being too young for it. It would do you far greater harm over the long term to keep taking narcotics to treat it.

Additionally, if you've been dismissed by your doctor, then that is going to be noted in your medical records and other doctors aren't going to want to prescribe controlled substances for you.

Upon losing the prescription, you should have filed a report with the police and your doctor.

I really wish I had other news for you, but I'm afraid I don't. Under the new government regulations, if you're not pursuing all viable avenues of treatment, it's going to be very difficult for you to just keep getting pain medications. Improper prescribing has been a very big concern.

What type of surgery do they want to do?

I'm 69 years old and have a very bad spine. My advice to you is have the surgery while you are young. I wish I had! Now they won't do it because I'm too old & have a bad heart. Can't get enough pain medication to help.

Terrible that they take medication away from real sufferers. I had 3 back surgeries and now I have what is called failed back surgery syndrome. I need pain medication but no one will prescribe it. If they do prescribe it the pharmacy is almost always out of stock. I don't know what to do. I'm in NJ 5 miles from Paterson. Any recommendations pls let me know.

Slip and fall accident major back pain

Frank!! I was in the same situation I was first prescribed Percocet then oxy's, I am 32 years old, I have never used drugs prescribed or illegal up until I was in a very very bad car accident so at the age of 26 I had surgery. Now I have 6 Rods and 12 bolts in my lower back, but to answer ur question I know of a doctor that wil definitely prescribe u what u need. As long as u have a MRI or some kind of proof that ur back is really hurt ( just send me a message and I will give u his name and number) that is unless u have found a doctor already... And if anyone else is having the same problems feel free to get back to me....

I am also looking for a pain management doctor in NJ that will write for narcotics. I just moved back here after my husband left the military. I have my medical records and I had an amazing pain doc where I was living before. Unfortunately since moving back to NJ, I'm having a hard time finding a pain managment doctor that will prescribe narcotics as well as do steroid injections. The combo works great for me. I have insurance too but no one takes it wear I live so I am willing to drive around NJ if needed. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. I cannot take NSAIDs due to them damaging my kidneys a few years ago and have reduced kidney function. I won't take biologics due to them being immunosupprants and that I have limited kidney function. Please help. I've been in pain since I've moved back.

Hi I see you said you have a dr in manhattan! That would be great to have the information! I live in monmouth county n.j I'm not sure do pharmacies give a hard time with out of state prescriptions? Also is this dr hard like I've tried to go to different drs but they all want a release from my old dr and he doesn't do anything doesn't return phone calls nothing so new drs won't treat me and i have no choice but to keep going back to my old dr that is so mean t me an treats me like I'm a junkie I have a herniated disc a large I guess tumor that no one told me about on my spine I had to look up the word on the internet after reading my mris I have bone spires in my neck osteoarthritis in my neck n back not sure what type in my achilies tendents in my feet n in my knees i literately have days where I can't walk down a flight of stairs which is becoming almost everyday! N my dr is like yeah and??? Even my family dr says I need medication he'll write it for me he just doesn't believe in breakthrough medication so he'll only give me time released every 12 hours which is more than my pain dr is doing he puts me on 30 mg of time released for 2 months than takes me off n puts me on 5 mg of percs every 12 hours n says you won't notice the change I dunno where he learned anything but that really sucked and hurt!! Anyway please tell me how I can get the info from you thank you

Loulou thats crazy I am so sorry. I cant imagine what kind of pain your going threw. His name is Barry Sloan. he does not accept new patients but I think he will hear your case and have a change of heart Dude don't give up without getting an appointment from him. I believe he will see you. Let me know what happens

I'm going to call the DEA and report Dr Barry Sloane because you guys are trying to score drugs. I will also include this thread in my complaint too. I am monitoring this thread and every doctor I see you guys openly mention, I will report to them that people are trying to get in with them to seek drugs.

By any chance do you know where his office is at right now? Thank you and do you know his phone number?

The younger you are, the better your surgical outcome is likely to be. I only wish I hadn't waited so long for surgery!

What's his number (doctor Barry Sloan)? I used to be his patient.

Was this helpful? 0

Dr. Barry Sloan - he is a ****, out on bail and is selling off his stock.

Was this helpful? 0

If you test negative, they will assume you were selling! Your note will go to every dr. You see. Might be hard to get something again. Have you tried RA Pain? In Sewell young Russian dr. Very sweet! He can prescribe cannabis also. He has a building next door, to get you approved.

I agree. "Binder and Binder" was very helpful for me. They know how to keep you from making mistakes that could cause you to need an extra appeal (almost all applicants are initially denied, so nearly everyone has to appeal at least once - it's a cheap (for the govt) way to weed out the least disabled applicants). It's hard to see how B and B make money, as they do a huge amount of work, don't get paid until you win the case, and even then the maximum fee is capped by law at $6000. The only time I ever had to leave my home was for my photocopies court date. After winning, I asked for the records (test results, imaging reports, procedure reports, surgery reports, progress notes, narrative reports, etc.) that they had collected from various doctors and hospitals (which they would have discarded otherwise), and they sent me a sheaf of letter-size papers 3.5 inches thick, at their own expense.

Their ads resemble those of ambulance chasers, but they aren't. I chose to call them after receiving a number of by-mouth recommendations (including one from my primary-care doctor, who told me that patients of his had good experiences with them). After an initial phone interview, they got back to me within a day or so to let me know that they could take my case. They don't represent just anyone, as there would be no point in their being hired by someone who clearly could not meet the Social Security Administration's very strict definition of "total disability".

Re: brooklynoxycodonw (# 13) Expand Referenced Message

You should have received a letter from your doctor informing you of his retirement and letting you know the name, address, and phone number of the doctor he had sold his practice (and given your chart) to. Practices are worth a lot of money, and he is unlikely to have foregone a one-time large supplement to his income now that he's retired.

Go see that doctor. Having your records will help the new doctor to avoid the trial and error approach your old doctor had used while trying to find a treatment regimen that would be successful. If you can avoid it, you don't want to suffer from inadequately treated pain while re-trying all of the approaches that had been unsuccessful until the new doctor finds one that does help. Without your records, he'd have to do that - he's not going to just take your word for it that your old doctor had been prescribing a heavy duty narcotic.
