i have been having trouble getting a good dr who will write oxycodone 30 mg. my back has been broken before and i was going all the way to Florida (a 16 hour drive) just to get my meds. So if anybody knows of any it would be helpful. i live in KY so as long as it is closer that's fine. Thank you.

Where do you live in KY? Louisville, Lexington areas, south central KY, etc. Are you looking for a pain control Dr. in KY. Ever since the New KASPER law to effect this past July. It is almost impossible to get anything. The bestI found is low dose methadone. Which is not for pain control, it is to control withdrawal systoms. Plus you have no insurance, Do you qualify for medicaid? IF you do I would try to get it ASAP.

post 340 to willow..wow what a lying old b**** u are...u said i stole your meds out ur purse..haha tell the truth i jsut now had the chance to get on and see this..u gave me 3 oxy 30s to do out your bottle and u gave me 20 30mg morphine pills that u wanted me to sale for u becasue u couldnt sale them..i didnt steal nothing u gave them to me and now since u are such a lier and i jsut seen this..im gonna call ur DR office on u and tell them u are saleing ur pills and have u pill couted all time..u sale most ur meds to pay for ur trip back..i still have the pharmacy in SC u gave me # to and im gonna call them tell them u saleing ur dope too so u wanna fkn lie on me on her..dont make up fake ass bs on here..so we see.. got all the # to the places u go..

I live n the n.ky area I have cronic lower back pain I have a ky med.ical card I need a mri and a doc who will write. For oxycodone 30s they are the only thing that eill help my pain beside the dog I. Am in severe pain sometimes can anyone help me

What are real patients supposed to do that have real injuries and desperately need pain management cuz they have been given no other option. You wouldn't take away a heart patients meds, why is someone who suffers from chronic pain any different? The difference is junkies ruin it for the responsible patients who just want somewhat of a normal life. It's discrimination to the fullest!! If u suffer from chronic pain then ur a nobody a junkie, an addict In societies eyes!! What a shame...

You must feel beneath them, well i dont and im not. They are a doctor and if they are a good one they know the difference between a bad druggie and a cronic pain person within 6 mo. And it is their job and that is what they get paid for is diagnose and if nessesary order bloodwork and write prescriptions. Period. Have a beautiful day.

No they are doing you a favor do you think any of them want to go to jail for writing a script to the wrong person or lose the time and money to go through school. Most in the community will not write more than a motrin...The only part that is thier job is to make sure they are not perscribing to the wrong person. Then they need to rely on the test results that labs give to them. I know Dr's that deal with and run narcotic management programs and with 90% of the clients they are doing these people a favor. Most of them were over perscibed by GP's that never had any training in pain management... Dr's now have a DEA that counts every pill they perscribe, class two and three narcotics. Pharmacies have been under orders for more than twenty years to turn over all those documents to the DEA. Now with computers those docs are scanned and sent in daily and has made it so much easier to track everyone.Then you have these corporate medicine outlets where they tell the Dr's what they can percribe and how much. They are the Dr's bosses so they cant do what we think they can. Being a insider I will give you a breakdown here. GP's no more than a class 3 narcotic/ hydyocodone, specialist no more of a class 2 and no stronger than 5mg oxycodone. Only ones with out restrictions was cancer Dr's they could perscribe basically anything. That is only one of the corporate medicine outlets. When I say that I mean these hospitals with numerous clinics spread out over a geographical area. I stay away from these places period even though I worked for one for several years. Enough with my ranting..
The odds are set up against people now and finding a good Dr is 100% harder. Best advice if you find one do not blow it. Stay with the perscibed amount do not sell them. Because there is 1000s of people that can take your place in the few that actually treat you right!!

I agree. You read most of these & either people can't spell, don't give a f**k or are high out of their minds while writing. I'm sorry but if you're continually misspelling use spell check.

i have been taking 30 for 2 yr an now my dr has cut me off an i cant find on to give them to me where i live it has cum to the point im looking to move anywhere to find a dr that will help me in my pain i would greatly appreicate it if u could help me by telling me some drs that would help me....thanks

I need a doc in ky just moved from Wy and have to switch pm have no ins. Funny you have to have ins but most won't cover pre existing conditions. Please give info on pm docs in ky.

I'm from Ohio. I've had shoulder surgery. A sprained neck. I have severe headaches plus I've had knee surgery. I've got a dr that tells me I shouldn't be in pain. But I'm in pain everyday. If anyone knows of a good dr ease let me know. I'm not wanting anything major just something to help with all the aches an pains

The shortage in FLA was caused by out of state patients but in addition to this the laws down in that state sucked.. Over 1000 pain management clinics in one county . I think anyone with a friggin brain knew what was going on. Face it your lack of laws caused the run of out of state people. And in addition to that caused many other innocent people in other states a whole bunch of problems.. The state gov caused your issues not no one else. As for all of the people going to Fla that did not live within 75 miles of that state I got one thing to say. Go to rehab or find yourself a local Dr they are not hard to find if you are legit. Dr's have no problem writing for people who are legit. But when they see some of these postings it puts serious doubts in their minds. Do not think that they are stupid that they do not know about these websites.. I have never found a Dr yet that would not give me some sort of pain meds. Do they ever write enough of them? Sometimes yes sometimes no but the more you take the more dependent you become and your tolerance keeps going up. I have been on the same dose for years and I deal with it..Like mt Dr says as soon as people ask for more its time for them to go in for more testing.and possibly rehab. You might not like it but they do not have to give anyone nothing they are doing you a favor.

Robert I have had two back surgeries and scar tissue around the nerves to both my legs, my husband just had a motorcycle wreck in march of this year broke 4 vertebrae broke his neck, collapsed a lung. We live in tn and cannot find any drs to help us. We came from fla 3 yrs ago and this place thinks that everyone sells put their meds. We can't find anyone that will write anything other than morphine. That's ok but they do not work as well as the oxycodone. Please take the time to write me back. I would be forever in your debt.
