I just need something to take the edge off my degenerative back disease and muscle skeletal pain/arthritis.... Please help me find an alternative to the doctor's pain medication. I think something very natural would work and I am open to anything. Thanks.

There's really nothing guaranteed to work, going by FDA reports, though some people do seem to have good luck with some of them.
What medication did your doctor prescribe? Was it an opiate?
Are you on any other medications?
