Oval White Pill With Cursive V On One Side & 58|81 On The Other

I found some white oval pills with what looks like a cursive V on one side and 58 | 81 on the back. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Thanks for the input!

These tablets contain 50mgs of Spironolactone, it is most commonly used as a potassium sparing diuretic to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions, though it has quite a few other medical uses, as well.

It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, headache, hyperkalemia and dehydration.
