This website is based in the U.S. so most of the medications that are listed in the monograph database here are the ones that are available in the U.S.

Orthodex is not available here.

However, I am very happy to look up the details for you.

From what I've found, Orthodex contains Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
