Are there any brands / medications that combine Orphenadrine and Codeine as active ingredients? On a drug detail page I read that Orphenadrine is also available mixed with aspirin, paracetamol, ibuprofen, caffeine, and/or codeine in many places.

Many places does not always include the U.S., the FDA can be quite picky about what they approve for safe use here. In this case, Orphenadrine is only available by itself. This medication is classified as muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain associated with muscle strains, sprains, and spasms. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
