Orange Pill With Om30 On One Side And G On The Other

Found it in my son's pocket. He's 21 and I'm wanting to know if it's something illicit? Is he abusing drugs?

Hi Ian, this appears to be a drug from Australia called Alepam (active ingredient Oxazepam), used in the treatment of anxiety. It is classified as a benzodiazepine. From healthdirect.gov.au: "8 mm pale orange flat bevelled edged tablet marked OM/30 on one side, G on reverse" [1]. I hope this helps!
