Oral Submucous Fibrosis Treatment

I am suffering from oral submucous fibrosis, since the last 5 yrs, but I have no problem with eating chilled food and no problem with opening my mouth. My Dr. said this is not a cancer but, this past month I feel that something is blocking my throat. Please advise what the best medicine is for treating oral submucous fibrosis? And if anyone knows the best Dr in Delhi please share their reference. Thanks.
