Pills marked with an L, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold in many stores as the generic or store brand of commonly available medications, such as Tylenol and Excedrin.
Without knowing the full imprint, I can't positively identify it for you, but one possibility would be a generic version of Excedrin Migraine, it meets this description and has the marking of L 430.
It contains 250mgs of Aspirin, 250mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine.
