Did you mean Omeprazole?

It is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to treat or prevent the production of excess stomach acid to treat, or prevent conditions, such as ulcers, GERD, heartburn, and gastritis.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain, and diarrhea.

Bern, if it is available over the counter there, you should only have to ask for Omeprazole.
