Omeprazole 20mg Concerns - Friendly Ear Anyone?

Hi. I'm 26 years old and for 7 months have been seeing my doctor for a stomach ulcer. I took Nexium pills to treat it for a few months which worked well for the most part.
I hadn't had symptoms for 2 months about until I began experiencing pains and burning once again, this time a little worse. Last week, I visited my doctor an he prescribed me omeprozale to try out. I only took it for 4 days. Today is the 5th day which I did NOT take the pill this morning because the past 4 days I was experiencing side effects that I only now saw were symptoms from taking omeprazole.
I've experienced (and still am in some ways): upset stomachs with slight diarrhea. Nothing major. Loss of appetite, lost 4 lbs. nausea in mornings and when I had tried to eat, body trembling for two days in and off, Chest burning, pains, red smooth skin patches when burning on chest, back pains, and yesterday I developed a minor sore throat, runny nose and sneeze. last night I had rapid heart beats while taking a shower and wobbly, pained muscles in my legs with minor cramps.
I've had a few odd heartbeats today with anxiety. My chest still burns and my throat is bothered. But my legs feel much better as does my back.
My doctor said it was alright to stop taking it so... And today I've felt better than I was besides the bothers above mentioned. My symptoms should go away soon right? Should I be concerned about anything at all?

If your doctor didn't think there was any reason to be concerned, I wouldn't think you've anything to worry about.

However, it may be better for you to go back on the Nexium, if it worked well for you. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, headache and flatulence.
