Off white (greenish) pill, has a ribbon with a dash on one side and 86 on the other, what is it?

Wondering what this pill that my 10 year old found in his older sisters room. It's a round white pill with an 83 on one side and what looks like a ribbon with a dash beside it, on the other.

The tablet with the R logo and 86 on it contains 3mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax XR, it is a time released benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. (NDC 0228-3086)

Inactive Ingredients:

- Lactose Monohydrate
- Hypromelloses
- Magnesium Stearate
- D&C Yellow No. 10
- FD&C Blue No. 2

This medication has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

A white round pill with R on one side and 83 on the other is Alprazolam 0.5 mg. It is most commonly used in short-term management of anxiety disorders, specifically panic disorder or generalized anxiety disorder. (NDC 0228-3083)
