Oblong Yellow Pill 200

What is an oblong yellow pill with 200 on one side? Trying to find out if this could be Meloxicam 15mg?

An oblong yellow pill with 200 on one side is reportedly identified as Rezulin (troglitazone) 200mg, marketed for use in treating type-2 diabetes.

Some FDA data shows that this medication was withdrawn from the market in March of 2000, yet additional pill information seems to be quite sparse.

There may also be other (more recently manufactured) pills in existence that share a similar depiction, but this was all I could find.
