Oblong White Pill Nl 276

Trying to identify a tablet which I have. It is white and oblong with the imprint NL / 276.

I am also trying to ID a pill. It is a beige oval pill G22 on one side and 500 on the other.

Reese Pharmaceutical Company lists the tablet with the NL 276 marking as containing 20mgs of Dextromethorphan, and 400mgs of Guaifenesin, it is most commonly used to treat cold symptoms.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness, headache, and dry mouth. NDC code: 10956-076

Sandy, it the marking possibly G 32 500? If so, it contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
