Can you tell me what this pill is? It is oblong and peach colored with 500 on one side and a G slash 32 on the back.

Yes, Naproxen is an NSAID (Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug).

This tablet is manufactured by Glenmark Generics and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. (NDC 68462-0190). The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
