Blue Oblong pill with the numbers 44 543 on it is Wal-Dryl severe allergy & sinus headache. It is the Walgreens drugstores generic version of Benadryl Severe Allergy Plus Sinus Headache. I am POSITIVE of this. I have the box and pills in front of me. Take 2 caplets every 4 hours.
