The closest match I could locate under this description is an oblong yellow pill with the marking 513 on one side and blank on the other side; however there is no score line on the blank side.
The pill I located is Meloxicam (15 mg).
Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever; and as an analgesic.
