Oflen is not from the US, it's manufactured in other countries, such as: China, Peru, Singapore, Switzerland, and many more.

I did however locate the active ingredient which is Diclofenac.
The primary mechanism responsible for its anti-inflammatory / antipyretic / analgesic action is inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX).
