I'm on nuzak 20 for about 4 years now I found that it was not effective anymore so now I take one in he morning and one at bed time, I'm getting scared that this will end up very harmfull but I cannot control my temper without the nuzak since I started to take at bed time as well it's going better

What dosage are you taking?
It isn't harmful to take 2 doses a day, I am on the same medication and split mine up that way, as well, with my doctor's approval, because it gives me better control of the anxiety and OCD symptoms that I was experiencing from perimenopause.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache.
The only usual concern would be if your doctor has told you not to do that, or if you're taking too much.
