Nuzak And Atvan Sl 1mg

I was on Nuzak and stopped it to take Ativan but ive become addicted to the Ativan and now i'm going back on to Nuzak because the anxiety attacks are increasing again.
I take the 20mg dosage of NUZAK , but during the day I feel the anxiety attack coming on then I take the Ativan .Is this the right thing to do . Ive been to a doctor and she told me to cut out the Ativan and only take Nuzak but it doesn't keep the anxiety at bay yet.

Hello, Patricia! How are you doing? Sorry about the problems that you've been having. I know anxiety is horrible!

However, you should follow the doctor's instructions and take the medication that she's instructed you to take and stop the other.

Nuzak contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, it is an SSRI antidepressant and while it can help with anxiety, it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to reach its full level of efficacy in your body.
