My son is 10yrs old and he is suffering from heel pain but there is no other apparent problem. It was identified by x-ray and blood work (uric acid). So may I give him Nurokind forte?

my mother aged 62 was operated for TB spine (dorsal spine). she is on nurokind LC twice daily for the past 1 month and got good relief from the neurological pain. can she continue the tab for some more months, is there any side effects on long term medication with this drug
