Nurokind Od- Bells Palsy

I'm taking Nurokind OD from last 1 month and need to be continued for another 1 month. (Disease was facial palsy- got 95% fine- 10 days used waysolone 30mgx3 days, 20 mgx3 days, and 10mg x 4 dys) Since I'm using this and recently found my clear & smooth skin got full of acne nd rough texture. Is this the side effect of taking this tab? Doctor says to continue. My age is 27(hgt is 5.6" and 84Kgs), BP is 70/100, RBS is 83,
