I have OA B/L. I get relief from Nicoxia 90mg. I do exercise too. Can I take this medication on a regular basis? I'm 65. Will it have any affect on the heart?

Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
As to effects on the heart, yes, it can cause fluid retention and elevated blood pressure with long-term use.
