UpdatedI am 78 and am suffering from back pain. I have been told by my doctor to take nucoxia 90. I want to know whether this drug is a pain killer or not?

Yes, it is used to treat pain and inflammation. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, hypertension, and stomach irritation.
Is there anything else I can help with? Are you on any other medications?
