This is the name brand Novox, generic Carprofen. It is an NSAID or non-steroidal anti-imflammatory used for things such as osteoarthritis in dogs and other animals. I could not find any side effects for it.

I found a pill in my daughter's room. It's peach and oblong with novox on one side and 75/mg on the other. I was wondering if it could be a generic brand of Vicodin?

Child, are there any other markings on the tablet? I can't find anything that only has that marking on it. Can you please post back and clarify/ Thank you!
