Used for pain. It is a white circular pill with a place in middle to brake in half.

On back of pill is number 5381

Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Methocarbamol (500 mg).

NOTE: This pill also contains the marking DAN DAN on the same side as the score line.

Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms.
