Fenofibrate is used to help lower cholesterol levels in the blood, it's side effects may include: nausea, headache, constipation and abdominal pain.

Pascoe Agil is a homepathic product that contains various ingredients, such as calcium, silica and devil's claw and is claimed to help with various arthritic disorders.

However, as such, the side effects for it have not been studied and it has not actually been proven to help with anything.
