Updatedcan I use mentanx to treat my non-diabetic neuropathy?

Metanx is just a proprietary formulation of several B vitamins, so there is really nothing that says it can only be used by people who are diabetic.
Has your doctor recommended you take it?

I have not talked it over with the Dr. but will before starting any new meds. Thanks
I am 81 years old. Non-diabetic. My sciatic nerve pinches and that causes pain in my hips and downward. It also increases if I'm standing or walking. I want to know which medication is best suited for me (becosules or cobadex or neurobion)? Also, please advise a daily dose and duration of treatment.
