No-salt To Replace Klor-con?
UpdatedI take Kcl 10 ME to replenish K loss from a water pill. It is costly. Can I get the same replenishment from dietary Kcl such as as is used to replace Nacl?

Over the counter supplements are only allowed to max out at 99mgs of Potassium, so you may need to take several to keep it up that way.

We always have trouble keeping mine up, so we actually switched me to a potassium sparing diuretic, Spironolactone.

You might want to ask your doctor about trying it, instead.
