Where was it found? That may help to narrow it down, a bit.
However, as it stands right now, there are actually many possibilities of round blue pills without markings. There are many over the counter products that meet this description.
Such as generic Tylenol PM tablets, which contain Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine.
