Nipple Discharge Without Being Pregnant

My wife is about 24+ years, 5'3'' tall with weight around 40 Kg. She has history of gastritis and also has Leukorrhea (thick white discharge), not able to eat fish, milk, meat. Now she is having nipple discharge, she is not even pregnant. She is taking Veloz 20mg now. What can be the problem? Is it Pituitary tumor or High prolactin level is blood?

There are various reasons it could be happening. Breast discharge could be due to cysts, cancer, a hormonal imbalance and several other possibilities.

However, a definitive diagnosis can't be given from just the limited information in your post.

Has she consulted her doctor?

An exam and blood work will likely be required to determine the cause and to find proper treatment options.
