New Generic 30 Mg Adderall Xr (all Orange W/ R 3061 On Them) Not As Effective (Page 5)

please share your experience with this never seen before, less effective drug that two different pharmacy's have given to me in last two months. they make me fall asleep!

Yes it is. Generic though. I'd be concerned as a parent also. The reason he is having trouble sleeping could be that he is taking them! Some people stay up for days on end while on that. You should be a able to tell a difference in his behavior. Some signs are super amped up, tiny pupil, red ears, sleepless night, excessive talking, extreme dry mouth..I mean you should be able to tell. Good luck!

I usually take Vyvanse and it works great for me. I'm super focused and feel wide awake. I recently got this stupid R3061 bc they ran out of the Vyvanse and I need to study for finals. It's seriously made me feel like s***. I'm awake but can't concentrate AT ALL and my body feels like crap and I feel lethargic. I took one like 7 hours ago. I still need to study so I'm gonna take the other one. But after this I never want to see these stupid things again. Only sticking to Vyvanse. I love that stuff.

Go to a different pharmacy and if you get the generic just sk if they have nongeneric if so could u have them all pharmacies are different.

I have been on a generic Adderall XR30 (*says ER 30 on the bottle) that was half clear capsule / half orange) with an imprint of: M. Amphet Salts / 30 mg from the company TEVA and it has worked great.

A month ago the pharmacy gave me a different generic from Actavis (orange capsule : imprint 3061) and I am so drowsy all day long and feel unmotivated as all I want to do is sleep.

I talked to the pharmacist and he said it was all in my head. So after being on this for over a month I am constantly drowsy, so I did some research to see if anyone else also had this side effect. I now see that many are having the same side effect as I am and it's not just in my head.

Here is the printed non active ingredients of Actavis XR 30

I have ben taking Adderall XR for years in different MG. I have never had a problem till now. I noticed that I was getting sleepy and had to lay down. I have never had that happen before. At first, I thought I hadn't taken the Adderall so I took another one. Then I realized that they were two different manufacturers. I called my pharmacy and explained what happened. I was advised that "Maybe" it was an inactive ingredient that wasn't right. I started searching the internet and found that the Actavis Mfg: has completely different ingredients than the Teva Mfg: I called the two different pharmacies and all I can do is have the doctor right a new script and but the name of the desired MfgL on it. I feel in the first place that all manufacturers should have al the same ingredients. Why use us as ginny pigs? That should be illegal, we take Adderall for specific reasons that affect our daily life. We take Adderall to help us and if it makes a person sleepy that is not helping. If people did not know that the ingredients were different they would think their was something else wrong. They should take Adderall by Actavis off the market.

Where r u from. First off never fill anywhere except CVS if you want the ad 30mg tabs with b imprint. Stay away from the round orange ones with the R imprint and definitely stay away from pin Cor tabs. The blue are ok but a lot of extras. The best is adderal that are orange tabs and have the b imprint, they are oval not round like the others. Adderal, patterned there pill by combining three salts. The reason was because anything that is natural to the planet can't be patterned so by combining three salts they could pattern and make money. The others are missing a salt, that is why they do not "work" , cause people to be sleepy, etc. The pharmacy probably didn't have them so they used a generic. All you say to the pharmacists is whatever you gave me last time ( the pull u don't want) made me feel edgy or not right, whatever bad side affect. Didn't feel myself, couldn't take them. Just something like that because if you say something regarding sleepy, they think your looking for the speed affect that people who do not have ADHD would experience with adderal. So, if the pharm doesn't have wait til they get them in or request that they call and see if another location has them. It's not in your head, a lot of people of the same issue when taking cvcccc C

Gastric Bypass patient 16 years. Finally found a physician to prescribe immediate release amphetamine salts (Adderall) but negative effect using Watson's Actavis "scored" 26 20 mg 3 times daily. Vyvanse is a good medication but at 70 mg I only got four hours of effective relief because as an extended release the bypass, that vitiates the stomachs Duodenum, the Ilieum and the small GI tract is bypassed with little "area" for bioavailability, proper absorption and the stomachs integrity has been compromised thereby it CAN NOT produce the enzymes, acids, or proteins to release XR/ER medication throughout.

Teva is worthless for Adderall. What ive gathered is that the best in Sandoz, then Barr, Global, Teva. The others in not sure of.

Actavis is worthless!!! I got my rx today and saw that it was a different generic. Went on the internet to see what others thought and wanted to cry when I saw all the negative reviews. I have severe adhd. I can't even drive safely without medication. Anyway, I called the pharmacy and they have no other generics, so I just took my dose and hoped for the best. Nothing. I ended up having to double my dose to get it somewhat close to the level of my previous brand. I don't know what I'm going to do for the next 30 days. I won't be able to get much work done and probably won't drive, at least with my baby in the car. I really wish the pharmacy would at least offer me brand name adderall. I have good insurance so cost isn't an issue. I know they would order it for me, but I am guessing they wouldn't be able to swap pills being that I already started taking them. This blows.

Have taken the real Adderall XR for over 2 years for 12.00 for 30 pills. Never had any generics till Jan 2016 when insurance wants me to pay 100. out of pocket and generic is now 12.00. First Rx was throught Teva.... it worked ok. I now have that stupid orange pill 3061 and I borrowed some of those from my daughter and I know they are NOT THE SAME, they have all kinds of junk in them that the Teva ones do not. These are from that Activis pharmacy and like many others I have to use them for 30 days !!!

I'm nearly sure to positive, that there will be a legal suit against Activis brand generic. They contain white powder not beads so therefore should not be considered XR. I should have known when I saw ER instead. Horrible Horrible stuff. It really bothers me people have been complaining since 2012 and they're still on the market.

Yeah, l been taking this brand of adderall for a month and I feel like going to sleep. I know before I was on the teva brand, I will be finding a pharmacy with teva brand next refill.

I feel they work fine for me. I don't notice much of a difference. They seem slightly less potent but work just fine in my opinion.
