Neurovit Word Verification

I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets.

Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it?

Too much Vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough of it in your body.

Neurovit contains Thiamine, Pyridoxine and Cyanacobalamin, so it does have the same vitamins as the other one that you tried.

I continued my research on the contents of various B-complex vitamins. Yes, you are right, I should have consulted my physician. I found out that these B-complex vitamins contain different dosages or mgs e.g. Neurobion has B1 - 100 mg, B2 - 200 mg and B12 - 200 mg; Polynerve which is the same as Supraneuron which contain B1, B6 and B12 varies on the mgs of each: Polynerve has B1 - 500 mg, B6 - 250 mg and B12 - 1 mg while Supraneuron has B1- 250 mg, B6 - 250 mg and B12 - 500 mg. It appears that it is not the B12 which I really need because Supraneuron has high dosage of B12 which I do not really need and which might have caused the tingling sensation I felt for days. And because I stopped taking Supraneuron, the tingling sensation is now gone. I will take Neurobion because it was a doctor's prescribed vitamin which I took a long time ago. Based on literatures of Polynerve, Supraneuron and Neurovit, all these 3 B-Complex vitamins contain Thiamine, Pyridoxine and Cyanocobalamin. Only Neurobion do not contain Pyridoxine or B6 vitamin. Also, B6 becomes toxic when taken with other vitamins and minerals.
