I lost my hearing 6 years ago. Now I'm 23 years old and have been taking neurobion for the past 6 months. Is this normal?

I've been feeling numbness in my head for the past month. So my doctor prescribed me neurobion b complex. My question is, what is the recommended dose that can improve my problem, because I'm taking 500mg daily but it's not effective?

I was prescribed Neurobion for nerve health in India. I have taken one a day for the past 3 months. I wish to continue this in the United States. Is it available and if so where will I see this being sold? Do I need a prescription or it is sold over the counter? Alternatively, is there a US equivalent?

Neurobion is a B Complex vitamin supplement containing Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12.

The B vitamins may be necessary in order to:
